
劉楠,女,現任中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所副研究員,韓國高麗大學博士。主要從事水產品加工與高值化利用方面的科研工作,主持國家自然科學基金、中央級公益性科研院所基本科研業務費項目等課題;作為骨干參與國家重點研發計劃、國家科技支撐計劃等多項科研項目的研究工作。目前已發表學術論文20余篇,其中SCI論文7篇,第一作者和通訊作者4篇,EI1篇,參與制修訂行業標準3項;制定團體標準1項;主編《海鮮食用寶典》一書。
