黃倢，男，漢族，1965年7月生，博士，中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所研究員，中國水產科學研究院水產養殖疾病控制首席科學家、世界動物衛生組織（OIE）白斑綜合癥（WSD）和傳染性皮下和造血組織壞死病（IHHN）參考實驗室指定專家，主要從事水產流行病學與生物安保。榮獲全國五一勞動獎章（1999年）、國家百千萬人才工程第一二層次人選（2000年）、全國優秀科技工作者（1997年）、全國農業科研杰出人才（2012年）、農業農村部產業體系崗位科學家（2009年起至今）、農業部突貢專家（1997年）、泰山學者特聘專家（2012年）、山東省突貢專家（2009年）、青島市拔尖人才等榮譽稱號，享受國務院政府特殊津貼（1997年），曾獲選OIE水生動物委員會副主席（2012-2015年），2019年3月當選亞太水產養殖中心網（NACA）新一屆總干事。
自1990年參加工作以來，共發表論文360余篇（責任作者150多篇），其中SCI收錄95篇（責任作者47篇），獲得50項專利（第一發明人13項），發布30項國家和行業標準，獲得14項國家和省級獎勵，包括國家級獎項1項，省部級獎勵13項，先后承擔了公益性行業(農業)科研專項經費“養殖蝦類病毒病快速診斷與生物防控技術的研究及示范”、“養殖對蝦病毒病控制技術創新與集成示范”、國家863課題“海水養殖動物疾病高通量診斷技術”、國家重點基礎研究發展計劃項目(973)課題“對蝦白斑綜合征病毒致病的分子機制”等國家級、省部級項目數十項。在甲殼類流行病學和生物安保領域取得了多項原創性成果，在行業內處于領先水平。
主要研究方向為水產流行病學與生物安保。包括開展水生動物流行病學監測，構建水生動物疫病的風險分析技術體系，建立生物安保管理體系及其標準。
