
朱玲,女,博士,副研究員,碩士研究生導師,海洋生物學專業。1992年7月獲蘭州大學理學學士學位,2002年獲中國科學院海洋研究所理學碩士學位,2005年獲中國科學院海洋研究所理學博士學位,2006-2008年在香港科技大學海岸海洋實驗室進行博士后研究,2008年進入中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所、漁業資源與生態系統研究室、漁業資源分子生態學團隊從事研究工作。先后主持和參加科研項目20余項,在國內外專業學術刊物發表研究論文30余篇,其中國際主流學期刊發表SCI論文10余篇,是中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所漁業資源與生態環境創新團隊核心成員(14),獲中國水產科學研究院科技進步一等獎1次(第3完成人),是中國水產學會、青島生態學會會員。
主要研究方向:
海洋微生物分子生態學:應用宏基因測序技術,解析了河口、灘涂、不同養殖模式,不同污染程度,微生物功能群的時空應答規律;
海洋動物適應的分子機理與多樣性:以海蜇為模式生物,初步闡明了水母暴發的繁殖發育、捕食策略與免疫防御系統的分子生態學機制。同時參與構建了我國重要漁業生物DNA條形數據庫構建,為我國海洋漁業生物分類學、保護生物學及生物多樣性研究等提供重要的第一手資料。

(2)主持科技部重點研發計劃“我國近海水母災害的形成機理、監測預測及評估防治技術”(2017YFC1404400)子課題;
(3)主持國家自然科學基金面上項目“海蜇補體系統的結構、功能及其激活途徑(31372507)”;
(4)主持中國水產科學研究院院級基本科研業務費專項:“漁業生態系統監測與修復效果快速診斷技術”子課題;
(5)參加“973”計劃項目“中國近海水母暴發的關鍵過程、機理及生態環境效應(2011CB403600)”第五課題“魚類和底棲生物與災害水母數量變動的相互關系(2011CB403605)”;
(6)參加科技基礎性工作專項“我國重要漁業生物DNA條形碼信息采集及其數據庫構建(2013FY110700)”。
